Moto Guzzi C4V

Here are some pictures of the bike.
My grandfather acquired it in the 50's and in the mid 80's he did a pre-restoration. Now my dad and I are finishing it.
We believe that in the 30's, while she was racing here in Brazil, the owner made updates, like putting a rear suspension and putting a new tank, with gasoline and oil together.
In the rest we have many original parts, the engine is the number C189, we have the original AMAC TT 25 carburetor, all eletrical parts. Few pieces are missing, but it is difficult to find specific information about it. OUr goal is to have it running na the end of this year.

I'm restoring an Moto Guzzi C4V, problably from 1926-27, Does anyone here have any experience with this type of bike?
Thanks for posting, and especially the pics! Unfortunately, and as hard as I've tried to get them here, most all of the guys that own and ride these are on a Google email listserv. I'll post there again to have them come visit, but if you promise to keep us updated here, I'll email you the link to them.

I appreciate all feedback. We continue with the renovation. We are in the last pre-assembly before painting and chrome and nickel treatments. We've got details to discover on the clutch discs, valve lifter and magnet coil, but we're still going.
Best regards to you all!
