Help! Does anybody have a working telephone number into MG or indeed Piaggio customer service in Italy? My bike, a V7iii, 7 months old has now been off the road with a charging fault for 8 weeks. It really is not the dealer's fault they have to follow MG/P warranty procedure and the guy controlling it where I am in Spain is clearly useless. When I write to customer service all I get is the same banal reply that they are investigating and I will hear in due course. So what is that....2 weeks, 2 months, 2 years? So that is me for new MG the warranty is clearly useless and worthless in Europe
