Recently, there was a posting that Moto Guzzi had finally updated their US website. It was true and I was delighted. So I decided to once again email them it hopes to get some answers to an ongoing problem with my GRISO 8V. I did not expect a response since I had not in the past.
To my great surprise I received an email requesting my phone number and a good time to be contacted. The info was sent and later that day I received a phone call from the Technical and Product / Development Departments. The Guzzi rep spent 25 minutes talking about my problem and working with me to find a solution.
I have had 8 Guzzi's in my life and purchased 4 of them new. Never have I been this satisfied with Guzzi. I realise the problem may not get solved but the effort or attempt is finally being made.

WOW! That's a surprise. Their mailbox is going to fill up fast. I hope they are prepared to keep up with the demand.

Tmag...
I have noted that Moto Guzzi now lists a customer service information listing. This is good news for owners of Moto Guzzi products...

It's also great news that you've had a response to your concerns. Piaggio may be good for Guzzi after all...
