I tried to check into Moto Spezial's web site to order up a few items that only they could provide and nothing ............

Looks like their web site is dead and has been so for a couple weeks. I read on their web page a year 1/2 ago or so that the owner had some health problem so that might close up. But months after that they were still open and & ordered some stuff.

Any body have the low-down?

Sure would be a bummer to see them go. Much cool Guzzi stuff available nowhere else.

Someone here will likely elaborate more, but yes, they've officially closed their doors. I think I read that they will do small projects as they see fit.

Say it ain't so!

They had some real nice items. Among my favorites - throttle elbows w/ little ball bearings in them; dual gage w/ speedo & tach, the list goes on.

I understood that it is all over. last year it was a one man operation(hans peter lange). Some parts are sold here now:
http://www.guzziladen.de I don't know if they only have leftover stock. That shop normaly buys wrecks, sells them in parts, or builds cafe racers from the parts.

If you are talking bout Roger's shop Unfortunately he passed away over a year ago. There is apparently issues regarding the estate, which after being to his home in Canada a few times contained some valuable motorcycle history.
