All,
I've searched for an answer, but haven’t seen anything that specifically addresses the 2010 model year. There's a number of threads that reveal the various issues pertaining to faulty in-line fuel hoses for Vintage models. Although it appears they were either resolved by MG or by warranty efforts by the dealerships that sold them prior to MY 2010. Can anyone confirm whether or not the 2010 MY is vulnerable to this problem? Thanks in advance.

I would assume that it has not been taken care of, and spend the time to check for yourself before it strands you when you least expect it.
When your fuel level is low, remove the tank and pull the pump assembly. You'll either find the plastic lines and possibly a half plastic/half metal filter, or you'll find it's been done. Feel free to pull and post pics for some more help if you do.

I would check it out. It will have the all metal filter, one plastic line, and one rubber line. It's the rubber hose that will be the problem. It will swell and pop off the clamps. Replace the rubber hose with fully submersible fuel injection hose and better clamps. If not done correctly, it will leave you stranded. Ask me how I know...
