I got to get out into the dirt in Apple Valley (near Grange Kart/SM track) with a few old friends... reminded me of a modern version of "On Any Sunday"

My longtime buddy Paul just moved back down from Seattle. Paul is the reason I can now call SoCal home, as he lured me out to Pacific Beach/San D way back in '00. Hard to believe it's been nearly a decade already.

Good times.
p.s. The Kaw-y is a CW Fleet '09 Fuel Injected MX-er with near 60 rwhp stock. BEAST.
 
Very cool. That would be great out here. Problem for me is, I've very little dirt experience and at this ripe age I could put a serious hurt on myself while going through the learning curve:huh: Still might do it but not with a "beast". ;)
 
My neighbor Drew (Outlaw Videographer) just picked up a KTM and is now in retirement
spending weekends @ CalCity with his daughter and her new husband.
Drew is re-connecting years of early divorce separation.
It’s a great thing.
I can see me doing this when grand kids come along.
Nothing too aggressive. Hopefully controled adventure.
This way the kids look forward to spending time with the old man.
Camping - Motorcycles - Dirt. Nice....
 
Awesome. I've been off-roading at that exact place since I was 5.
