Sounds like a typical over-heating scenario with an air-cooled engine. Especially if on stock fuel mapping(?). Irony is that factory mapping leans the engine out more in high-heat situations, compounding the problem.

Oh I definitely plan on doing it! My cat had to have surgery which is why I've been so slow on getting things into you. Getting through the woods and then it'll be in your hands!
