Name That Hose ... & AWOL Fastener?

Actually, two hoses, more or less visible on right side of this pic from looking up my V7 II Stornello's skirt.

Front to right; rear to left.

And, more interestingly, after taking that pic, noticed the hole with a filled twin at rear (left)!

Am in Atlanta and can't walk 604 miles down to the Moto Grappa to get a better look.

Any ideas what that is about?

I looked at a parts blow-up but could not ID.

One is the free air vent from the evap can (between the V on the 16's Steve), and the other is likely from the gas cap over-flow area.

'Course, I'll be back home on Sunday. OTOH, I could stare at it 'til the cows come home and still not know.
