I am mounting new turn signals on my V7, anyone know if it's ok to mount them on the outside bolt (attached photo) or does it have to be on the inside (closer to frame)?

    Thanks

Outside is fine. I’d keep a close eye on it for tightness, and hope you used loctite (though Guzzi has plenty on them stock).
