Working on building a muffler for the Stelvio. When Todd gets back we will see how it performs on the Dyno. And no it wont be quiet.
Had a stock Stelvio in the driveway last night. Damn its quiet. We figured it needed to sound like a proper Guzzi. So I finished the jig tonight. And will be assembling over the weekend. I'll post pics when I get it done.

Havent taken pics yet. Todd is picking it up on Mon for some dyno comparisons. I will let him post pics and specs.
The final version will have different cuts on the cone on the final version. This is a test nule for the dyno. Should sound good and work very well.
 
Will there be a low version as well as a stock location version? Hence larger saddle bags with a reworked mounting bracket.
 
We were looking at modifying the mounting brackets for the bags. The muffler I made is 4" diameter. Which is smaller than the stock one.
The bags could go down and in. without making a low mount. But if need be I would consider it.
