I already have an issue with the headlight fogging which my dealer has passed onto Piaggio. Today though the dash was showing signs of fogging too, only 2000km on the bike. It's 5 degrees Celsius (41F) over here at the moment which is cold but not super cold.

Does anyone know what electronics are housed in the dash?

You show a picture of the dash. None of the dashes or headlights are sealed air tight.

If you put water on the dash or travel in rain where water vapor will rise from under the dash, this will happen.

At 5C, I would not expect the moisture to properly evaporate so I would use a hair dryer on the low setting to gently warm the face and housing up until the moisture was entirely evaporated.

~ 10-15 minutes should do the trick. 👍

After 5 months Piaggio are going to replace the dash, their warranty people are extremely slow. Dealer had to follow up multiple times.

The fogged headlight was not covered under warranty though.

Seems to be pretty common problem in Guzzis. Has anyone tried to seal the dash better ? If the water comes from below like @scottmastrocinque said sealing it from the top won`t help and would just make the situation worse. So it should be done from under.

Actually better venting is best. If too sealed, any moisture that gets in can't get out. See;
