Newer Small Block for 2015?

I'd like to see something in the 900cc to 1000cc range, naked, retro style like the v7 but more power and still svelte though. racing oriented too. Something like the ducati sportclassic that was axed...I know there were some problems with the tanks but other than that, gorgeous bike.

I don't see any reason why they cant get 68-70hp out of a 8v version of a 750 small block.

That being said maybe they can tap into the piaggio parts bin and use the h20 750 from a Aprilia Shiver 750 mounted in Moto Guzzi longitudinal crank position. 95hp/ 60 ft-lbs... just saying...

Todd, any more news on this? The rumored H20 LM and newer bumped up small block have been circulating around here, but there isn't even a whisper about anything new coming out on the ol' interwebs. Typically there would be some kind of leak about now if something new is to be shown by the Fall...

Got an update this weekend at the new 1400 launch. The only thing we'll see updated on the small block is a new transmission. It didn't sound like we'd see the LM in November either, but there was news of "something exciting" coming for the Intermot and EICMA Shows.

Hmmm...sounds good. Have to wait and see what this "something exciting" is. Thanks for the info.

So an update as of a few weekends ago from one of the biggest reliable sources... the new motor will not come to life as of Intermot or EICMA. The 2015 V7 model will only get a "new and improved transmission" and a few other minor updates.
On other news, it was leaked that they will be showing something pretty exciting at both of these shows, and the H20 V13 is not it (nor will they be showing it). More news as I have it.
