Did another minor service on my 8V today.

Nothing to report. Change oil. Check TPS (No change.) Check TB ballance, (No change.) Check tappets, (No change worth mentioning.).

What a piece of crap! It resolutely REFUSES to go wrong, spew oil, break bits of itself, good lord! The mirrors don't even buzz! I suppose I could put some carborundum paste in the oil but it would probably soldier on regardless.

Bloody Moto Guzzis! Absolute pieces of shit.

I think I saw a similar case on ER once... they had to amputate both hands at wrist level because the guy didn't want to climb down of his 1100 Rosso Corsa...
I hope you've not yet reached that state...
