I just reinstalled the ecu that Todd reflashed and it works great. It took it around the block with the db killers in then I took them out. No more pop, pop, pop, on decelaration and the bike sounds so much nicer. I used to kring on deceleration waiting for the pops but no more

Nice sound. It's deep. Does the Zard system have removable baffles? If so is that vid with or without?

I'm digging the sound and the looks of the Zard.

Matt

The Zard has removable db killers. Basically a couple of tubes that fit in the end pipe. The video is without them in place. It has a nice deep sound not raspy, also it is not overly loud.

Have you ridded the bike when it is up to temperature and enjoy the same results...no pop, pop, pop? Mine is fine for about two miles, once the exhaust heats up and I leave off the throttle it sounds like I light a strip of black cat fire crackers and threw them behind the bike.

Exhaust is not leaking (Mistrals w/o DB killers), TPS reset, valves are properly adjusted.

The video was taken after a 20 mile ride. The only time I get a very mild pop is when I am going down a hill or accelerating hard then letting off abruptly. Prior to the reflash mine sounded the same that someone threw firecrackers behind the bike. I haven't done the TB reset yet but it runs nice. Almost afraid to do it.

Hey, your bike sounds great. I recently had my 2011 V7C dynoed and I installed a PowerCommand 5. It was good for a ride or 2 on the popping on decel but is back to its old self. I have Mistral exhaust and have removed the baffles and am wondering who I send my ecu to and have it looked at? You mentioned that Matt did yours, could you possibly put me in touch with him? Cheers.
