No tail light, turn signals or instrument lighs

I can't find the problem with why my tail light, turn signals and instrument lights don't work. I believe they are all on the same circuit, bulbs are good and fuses good and relays apparently all good. I have all other electrical lights and brake lights and horns working. What else can I check to get this fixed?
 
It turned out to be a faulty ignition switch. I bought a complete ignition switch and lockset off ebay, swapped it out and everything works as it should. I studied the elec schematic and figured out it would most likely be the ignition key switch and lucki;ly it was. All is good now. Thanks for everyone's help.
