NTX 650 Forks and Brakes

These bikes came with a single Brembo P05 caliper on 40mm marzocchi enduro forks.Virtually insignificant braking !!!!! I've got around that by sourcing the four pot caliper, master cylinder and floating disk off a 750 breva and will sort out the brackets and spacers this winter when I lay the bike up.That should make her stop fine but the forks will be the next problem !
Now for the tricky bit :
I'm also considering upgrading the marzocchi forks and wonder if race tech (or any other brand ) fork emulaters can be installed and how to go about it without sending the forks off to Maxton or another UK specialist as in France it will be prohibitively expensive assuming I can find someone competant to do it.There are few NTX's about even here so I'm probebly entering unknown territory but someone somewhere must have done a simular job .It's likely that the forks were also used on other enduros of the same vintage but I've only found stuff on the BMW GS ones which arn't quite the same.
Any general emulater installation tips would be great....
