The wiring diagram for my new V7 Stone 850 shows that there is a connector for heated hand grips, but I've seen no evidence that such grips exist. Has anyone found the actual connector, or seen the heated grips offered for sale? A part number would be helpful. Thanks.

Sounds like the same deal as the V85 when it was launched.

They're normally overpriced anyway. Suggest you check out Koso Apollo heated grips (from Revzilla).

Thanks, I know about Koso Apollo heated grips, I installed them on my previous V7II. They're pretty good, but I'd still like to know about OEM grips. If/when there is an OEM offering, I think they're unlikely to be identical to the V85 grips, since I believe the V85 has 1" diameter bars compared to the 7/8" V7 bars.

Moto Guzzi announced the heated grips for the V85 long before the release of the V85 itself. Unfortunately, they never existed.

I have Oxford Premium Adventure Heated Grips fitted to my V7-III Stone. There is a separate controller that has to be mounted somewhere. Of course, the handlebar diameters may not be the same as your V7 Stone 850.

I guess I was talking about availability in Kiwiland. Since I received my bike in the middle of winter, I couldn't wait.

Just being cautious about the Stone 850. Yet to see one.
