Lots of people want to know the TRUE age of their vintage Guzzi. Today I found that the factory offers a direct website where one may request official dating of frame and engine numbers. Even in English! IT is a VERY obscure site and took some digging to find this URL page. You can make a direct purchase by credit card and get official documentation for your bike. Click >HERE<.
 
Are you sure this relates to vintage/older machines? The information we have is that the factory no longer have information about older models. We have a machine dating officer in our UK club who used to communicate regularly with Guzzi for information, but cannot get any now.
 
Brian, Patrick sent in and paid for the info using the above link, so I'll post again when he lets me know he's received something worthy of the effort/euro.
