I just bought this used 2018 Moto Guzzi V7III Stone (my first bike), and it seems like there's an oil leak. Does anyone know what the issue might be?
There's nothing dripping onto the floor, just these grease looking marks on the bike itself.

6.8k miles, will be doing second maintenance soon.

Hi.
If it smells of engine oil, I'd say rear main bearing seal. If it smells of gear oil, could be the gearbox input shaft seal. There's also a possibility of a kinked or trapped breather pipe.

Everybody overfills the oil. Especially dealers! Forget the books quantiites. Use 1.6 quarts when you change the oil and filter. Ride it to get it warm, check it level, use a chunk of 2x4 or 2x2 under the side stand. Have the dip stick screwed in and only fill to 1/2 way between the two marks. Get the oil out of the air box and drain the drain/drains under it.
Spray the bike with degreaser, wash and ride it. The only Guzzi without those oil stains is one that's constantly cleaned and never ridden
Again, search here.

This above is the end of your oil dipstick. Follow these guidelines and your troubles will disappear.

Follow it not, and you will blow oil all over the place (inside of the airbox, out every vent line, and even possibly past oil seals).

I hope this helps you!
