I just got a huge box full of old slides, mostly pics taken by my Dad in Thailand, Germany, or Spokane, WA from between 1968 to 1974. I've just started to go through them, but already I've found plenty of cool Guzzi pics.

Here's a sampler:

Great pictures! Thanks for sharing those with us. Makes we want to buy that nice '71 Ambassador that I've been thinking aboutB)
Of course, the bike looks a lot closer to what it did in 1971 than I do:blush:

Hey, thanks for the photos!

It is very cool to see the old days when loops ruled!! Back in the early 70's here in the US, it was unusual to see so many loops together, unless you went to a Guzzi gathering. I got my loops in SoCal, back then, and rarely saw any others.

WOW great pics!

Here's another one from the archives... Circa 1974. Disco had just broken out from Fla.

Great pictures! I especially liked the black V7 Sport, as it looks exactly like mine except for the starter. The purple pants look good on it too - I may have to find a pair like that.

I saw an old Guzzi on a trip to western NY in the fall....
she was all done up in cartoons from a Guzzi owners magazine (at least that's how I remember the story...)
