The Ontario Guzzi Riders West Nipissing Rally in Lavigne (a four hour ride from anywhere on the shores of Lake Nipissing) Ontario. August 26-27, 2011.
No Rally fee pay as you go camping at Joli Voyageur Campground http://www.ourcampground.ca/ Friday night BBQ courtesy of the Lavigne Tavern. Friday night entertainment by Mike "Shrimp Daddy" Reid and the Sharpshooters http://www.shrimpdaddyreid.com/shrimpshouse.cfmat the Tavern.
Saturday all day coffee pot at the tavern no charge. Group ride Saturday for lunch. Saturday night dinner Pulled Pork Sandwiches with all the fixins @ the Tavern. Saturday night entertainment Ross Neilsen & The Sufferin Bastards http://www.rossneilsen.com/

just heard an unconfirmed rumor that Corsa Mechanica the Toronto Guzzi Dealer will be in attendance and might be bringing some demo bikes to ride

Three weeks and counting!!

Here is the schedule for the upcoming Ontario Guzzi Riders West Nipissing Rally.

Friday registration and complementary BBQ at the Lavigne Tavern.

Friday night festivities entertainment provided by Mike "Shrimp Daddy" Reid and the Sharpshooters.

Saturday night pig roast (pay what you feel the dinner is worth) at the Lavigne Tavern.

Saturday night awards presentation at the Lavigne Tavern

Saturday nights entertainment provided by Ross Neilsen and the Sufferin Bastards.

Sunday Morning early bird coffee and send off.

Note that coffee will hot, fresh and free all weekend.

Double Note that we have negociated a two day camping deal of $30 for the weekend at Joli Voyageur

Triple Note U.S. currency will be accepted at par at the Lavigne Tavern during the rally.

Unfortunately, I will not be there. I still haven't had time to tear my Norge apart to replace the dry clutch. Yes I know I am procrastinating but it does seem like a difficult job, no---- its more of an overwhelming job. Am I am loathing having it in pieces. So maybe next year.
 
Guy, FYI, Dave Hoover is planning to come up again this year. He might have to ride his BMW, as his Norge is in the shop (or was the last time I talked to him a little over a week ago anyway) waiting for some parts.
