Peterbuilt Guzzi

I put 50K kilometers on it too . Never goes unnoticed ! And it's my better half's favourite bike to
ride with me on. Slower than the second coming , but in B.C , what's the rush ? I do have plans
to upgrade the motor though, it's a bit long in the tooth and was originally built with used parts
I accumulated on ebay over a few years (it owes me nothing :) ). Peter
A tube bender, and tube notcher and a 50 year old Hobart tig welder and I was off to the races.

Not my style but I can really appreciate the build and even more appreciate the enjoyment you get from it. Your smile says it all. It doesn't matter what style a bike is when it gives happiness like yours. Way cool!

Frame, swingarm, rear suspension, fuel tank, exhaust system, body work ,wiring harness ,paint job, I pretty much built everything, except the front end and wheels . Three years and three months in the making, heck it kept me out of the bars :) . Peter

Thanks , over the years I've had and heard more remarks about this bike than I thought possible . Last year at
the Broken Arrow rally in southern Idaho I was shown a remark about it from a Guzzi rider in Italy to a fellow
(Steve Ford) at our campsite . I'm thinking of getting a used 1100cc engine from eBay and getting the old gal
to pick up her pace a bit ! At 6 dozen years of age it's still easy to ride , it's way lighter than it appears , heck the
frame tubing is only .090" thick ! Peter
