Plastic brake cable holders on swing of Griso

On my 2011 Griso there is a oil drip on my swingarm at the first plastic brake line holder from the seam of the two halves on the front side going towards the engine. I'm not sure how to remove these clips to s ee how to seal the stem. Has anyone messed with these yet? I have checked to make sure my transmission oil was not overfilled already and was at specs. The leak is probably originating from the CARC as the swing arm should have no oil in it. Either the input seal is leaking, or the rubber dam needs to be re-set and sealed. Remove the rear wheel and CARC and give it a good inspection to find the cause. It it doesn't appear to be from the CARC, then the output seal of the gearbox is leaking.

I have everything but the carc off it appears to be glued together. Are there any safe trucks to separating it?
 
There are a couple of dowels that hold it in, maybe a "light" tap with a hide mallet will break the seal. Possibly the previous owner put jointing compound on the surface.
 
I believe a prior owner did since there was rtv on two of the bolts. Lucky me. I'm hoping maybe if I'm careful a putty knife will do the trick. I'm new to the Guzzi thing but always wanted one and it's cool to see the support already from all of you.
 
A putty knife will mess up surface, use a bigger rubber mallet. Make sure you have the arm disconnected.

Noted on the mallet. Just had to try harder. I am looking for the carc to swingarm torque for the four bolts. Everything is clean and back together. Looks like the oil dam pealed back at the bottom and sides.

Manual says 50 Nm, which is about 37 lb-ft. Because of the angle is is difficult to use a torque wrench. I just use a good box end wrench and snug them right up. The length of the wrench limits the force you can apply and is probably just about correct. Sometimes going by feel is a good or better than using a torque wrench.
