Greetings everyone, newbie to this forum here. I just purchased a 2005 Breva 750 with 3,700 miles on it, it looks and runs like new. I do however have a few questions:
1) What is a good quality low-profile backrest I can add to it?
2) In a You-Tube video I saw a 750 Breva with an oil-pan extension - anyone know where one of these can be had?
3) Center stand - if installing a center-stand do they drag easily when cornering? Recommendations would be most welcome.
4) Battery - has anyone switched to an Lithium ion battery for a 750? Recommendations?
5) Rear tire - even with just 3,700 miles on the rear tire it is showing signs of a little wear, what mileage is expected from a rear tire on this machine?

Thanks in advance
Jan

With only 3,700 miles those are porbably original tires and should be replaced. Check the DOT dates on the tires. If over 5 years old, replace. Check the Store tab for batteries and deep sump. For the deep sump use the contact tab to see if any are left. Center stand does not impact cornering. We had one on our 2004 and it was no issue. Again see the topics at the top of teh forum and search is your friend.

John, thanks for the info, I'll check the dates on the tires. Good to know about the center stand, I was kind of surprised it did not come with one.
Thanks again

They didn't. Ours had the optional factory one. Use the contact tab in the Store, I think the folks that run the store can obtain one for you. If still availabe the factory kit for the center stand is part number 93722100005. If not they can get the Hepco Becker one for you.
