Given that I have seen many people who were “health, diet, exercise” type people, die in their 40’s-60’s, I truly think it really is luck of the draw.

Oldest person I ever knew for many years, was a short, fat, and happy go lucky Italian woman at 104. My grandmother’s best friend…😀
