Service error

Call customer service. They do seem to be very email oriented and there is a service email on their website as I have used it but I am at work and don't have it.
The number I have is 212-380-4400. I think the name is Phil but once again I don't have my info.

After I started the warranty claim on my malfunctioning trunk latch in October I emailed customer service, politely, in February I think, asking why it took 3 months to decide if it was warranty. I got back a phone call from the dealer, who was suprised Moto Guzzi called them, and from the service rep (Phil?) at Moto Guzzi explaining it would be warranted after I submitted photos showing I had not damaged it which I did. It took until mid July for the 50L white trunk to arrive. I did not get a chance to drive the 1-1/2 hour to the dealer till last Thursday (August 6) which I also set up for a service light reset and new maps to be downloaded. I got there and the new trunk had no keys so we could not install it. The guy who knows how to hook up the latest version of PADS wasn't there either so nothing got done. I drove home with the service advisor assuring me she would call Guzzi Friday for my key as it was after hours.
I went to the Indianapolis MotoGP race over the weekend and stopped by the Aprilia/Moto Guzzi display. A nice 3 tent setup. I asked for Phil but he was not there and they directed me to the head of the accessories division. He was vey apolagetic and said he would check on it Monday. In the meantime he gave me a FREE Moto Guzzi hat, lanyard and some stickies! :) I just called my dealer and the keys arrived yesterda. Somebody pushed the right buttons. (Of course had my dealer called me yesterday I would have my trunk today.)
