Anybody got some set up data for carbs on an 1100 sport?

I am putting a set of PHM 40mm carbs on an 1100 sport, to run with open bell mouths and straight through zorsts & hektik ignition. Not particularly interested in high speed, just the all important 30 to 90mph zone, so any proven info on what needless, needle height, atomiser, jets etc to use would be much appreciated.

Just clarify which model you have. Sport 1100 came w/PHM 40's on it. Then there is Sport 1100 I that has fuel injection, and V11 Sport that has fuel injection. Better yet, what year is it?

It is a 1995 1100 sport engine, but is in a complete mongrel bike with Cali frame, 1000 le mans gearbox, alloy tank & seat unit etc. Originally had some different pumper carbs off a lemans on it but these are scrap. hence starting again with new carbs.
PFM 40's were fitted to be fitted, but what do I need to change as it will be running open bell mouths& straight through zorsts. I am trying to suss out if the standard needle / atomiser will be ok?/do I need to raise the needle a notch? size of main jet. etc etc.

Been awhile since I was doing Sporties but found this in my Sport manual
For PHM Stock Euro
Slide- 60/3 60/5
Atomizer- 268AB 266AB
Needle- K8, 3rd notch K18, 3rd
Main- 160 152
Pilot- 57 57
Pump jet- 38 35
Choke jet- 60 60
These settings are from Sport w/large oval K & N's, non stock crossover and short reverse cone mufflers
Note: May be off for your application, I suggest tuning w/plug chops at steady throttle for 2mi in all throttle settings- idle mixture, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, WFO
If you don't know how to do carb tuning seek a professional tuner. At least some #'s to start at.
This is also using USA fuel w/ethanol
1st numbers are modified/2nd stock
