It seems like my front M/C won't hold pressure after the last fluid flush.

I'm not sure why, the fluid came out looking almost new. It was OK for a couple weeks then it started to not hold pressure when I pull the lever back kinda slowly.

I've been searching for a rebuild kit or even a replacement new M/C without much luck.

I believe it's a PS 16/22, 16mm bore and what's unique about the configuration is the mirror mount, maybe also the brake light switch, not sure.

Any suggestions or guidance most welcome.

Rebuild kits are no longer available in the US thanks to lawyers. Contact Todd via the link in the store tab to order a replacement master cylinder. His pricing is much better than dealer pricing. Also the same style master may no longer be available.

Ditch the original and fit a Radial M/C?
I have one from a GSXR600/750/1000, bought it used.
Universal Mirror Mounts are cheap and plentiful.
Brake Light Switch Connections are the same as I recall.

Combined with Brembo M4 Monobloc Calipers (also second-hand, direct bolt-on replacement), gives Eye-Bulging stopping with two fingers.

Hi Dan, have you been able to find a kit somewhere? Or at least a Brembo part #?

You can always check somebody for the last time they were active here, by just clicking their name on their post.

This person hasn’t been here in just over 6 months.

They may have notifications enabled but I’ve not seen that very much myself.

Good Luck!
