Friends, on my 1200 sport 4V engine vibrates, rare claps in the silencer in idle and frequent claps when you reset the gas. Checked the injectors, spark plugs, ignition coil. All are normal. ECU does not throw errors. There are suspicions the jitter of camshafts and crankshaft. There is an effective way to test it without dismantling engine? Best regards,

Incorrect throttle body balance will affect vibration. Use a Twinmax or similar to balance.

Backfiring in silencer is normal; can be eliminated with an ECU reflash. See https://www.guzzitech.com/store/product/gt-rx-5am-reflash/

Doubt if the camshaft timing would be out. You could check with a degree wheel mounted on the crankshaft, and compare opening times with specs (if they exist); or just determine timing marks are correct on cogs under timing cover. Personally, I wouldn't until above suggestions are performed.

Thanks for the tips! After the cylinders is the synchronitation, vibration declined but claps in the muffler will still appear from time to time. What else do you see?

It's an electronic "zero-ing" of the Throttle Position Sensor to the ECU. It requires electronics, likely your local dealer, or I will be offering it again in the next few weeks here for ~$300.
