Can anyone please tell me / confirm how the throttle cables are fitted. I have a Breva 1100. I wanted to change the rubber boots on the throttle cable adjusters as mine are quite perished.
So I removed the cable from the throttle end at the handlebar but could not remove the ends which I hoped I could just unscrew.

Do I have to change the rubber boots from the throttle body end , i.e. tank off, airbox off... ?

Looking at the parts manual, those covers are not available separately. Besides easier to just replace the cables with new rubber boots already installed.

Replacing the cables also means tank off and airbox off I guess.

Tape the new cable to the old and fish it through like you would do with household wiring. You just need enough off to have access to the throttle body connections. Just get the cables on the correct side. One opens, the other closes.

Thanks for the addition. I did not know moderators edited / added in blue threads.
