I am new to this bike only about 200 miles, I think around 40 miles (not really sure) i started to hear a sound in the front end when hitting poitholes. It almost sounds like a plastic sound like the fender is vibrating however the fender seems to be extremely solid when it tap it with the palm of my hand. THe sound may be coming somehwere under the tank or cables flopping against something I cant spot. The dealer took a ride and said dint notice anything. Has anyone experienced this phantom noise?

Nothing on my 2022 Special. Hard to say what it could be without hearing it in person but the fender is pretty well locked down so seems an unlikely offender.

Ask your question in the V7 section. Also Hamlin Cycles is really good with suspension.

Welcome to the GT Forum. This isn’t social media, so read the paragraphs at the top of the page as to simple expectations of using this site. I moved your post here as you ignored no questions in the Intro section. Add your info to our Registry linked below. Enjoy the site and the bike.
