V7 Scrambler Arrow Pipe Mods

The Arrow exhaust that comes stock on the Stornello has the db killer welded in vs. the circle clip (unfortunately). I can make a video for the stock set up w/db killer in if anyone wants. I am interested in the end cap with the removable db killer. Would removing the db killer require any ECU remapping?

Sorry, I thought you were Brian who visited me last weekend for the update. He had removed his db-killer.
I've written this probably 50+ times here on this Forum... even a bone stock bike benefits from a corrected map, so any revision to the intake or exhaust would be best benefitted from a correct map for your mods. The dealers cannot do it.

Hi Guzzi_Scrambler, have you removed your db killer yet? I'm interested in removing mine but don't have a clue how to do it and where to get the ECU flashed if needed. Your advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Ken, all of your answers are here or with me direct email. I'm in Malibu.
Db-removal I can help you with or you can buy a removable version here; https://www.guzzitech.com/store/product/arrow-v7-scrambler-end-cap/
ECU update with me or this; https://www.guzzitech.com/store/product/gt-rx-v7-v9-ecu-re-flash-tool/

I just did a batch run of these in-house @GTM - available online HERE or click the pic below.

What would it take to mount a V7 II scrambler pipe on a V7 III? I know the rear mount will be different but I can handle that. What else wouldn't match?

Are their any gains in ground clearance on the V7 when installing something like the high mounted Arrow/scrambler exhaust?

Thanks!

The cylinder head port sizes and flanges are completely different.

Obvious answer, yes? ;)
Honestly, with a decent set of aftermarket mufflers, only the foot pegs touch down with very aggressive or track riding.
