V7 & V9 lifting options?

Hi all,

Would appreciate any thoughts or experiences on how to safely lift your bike in the garage. I have a V9 and new V7 neither with any centre stand. Buying one is an option but I would rather keep the weight off the bike so it’s down to stands and lifts etc. I already have decent front wheel stands and a couple of rear stands BUT of course they don’t work with the shaft drive. I was thinking of maybe an Abba lift (Google picture below) but I have never used one myself. They may be known by other brand names but you get the idea. Do these work? Kind regards Jon

You don't have a high performance bike and the weight of a center stand won't make any difference. It isn't like you need to get every ounce off you can for a race bike.
