I've seen in the manual and on the bike, that I can see avg fuel consumption and current fuel consumption, but nowhere is current fuel level indicated. Am I missing it somehow?

Probably only get a low fuel light. Check the owners manual for dash lights.

There is no current fuel level function. Myself I get almost exactly 300 KM (185 Miles) before the fuel warning light comes on. Then I get 30 KM (19 miles) before i run dry. I always fuel to full and reset the trip meter at the fuel stop. Then I know how far I have gone on that tank and how much I have left.

V7III Racer here. Fuel light comes on after around 220 miles and there is roughly 1 gallon left in the tank. I get about 65 MPG.
