Can anyone tell me how similar or different the V9 & V7 III rear frames are? I really like the look of the Roamer rear fender and am wondering how difficult it may be to mount one on a III Stone.

I’ll check for you later today. The V7 has a high mount seat latch that may be an issue. Width wise they are the same.

Any opportunity to check this? No particular rush - just thinking of some cosmetic updates and I'd rather put a different fender on the back and keep the stock unit in a cabinet for the eventual resale.

you can chop off the stock v7iii rear fender like I did... .just takes a hacksaw and some time getting the angles right.

Interested in doing the same but on a V7II using the V9 Bobber rear fender.

Is it possible to install?
