It's aftermarket.I had no idea. Thank you for that info. I didn't see it anywhere in the manual.
On my CalVin, I use an O ring--cost might have been a buck. On my V7 Racer I use one of my wife's hair elastics. Cost nothing Both do the same job. (Ok, the friction is not adjustable--not worth $200.)Roll it towards you to tighten it and roll away from you to loosen. Just like the throttle. Lucky guy, that's a $200 piece of kit.
