Where to get twin plug head work done?

I searched here and on line and have found no place in the US of A to get this work done on a round fin. I cant imagine that it is that technically involved on this type of head, can a general machine shop do this? Are the angles for the second plug available some where so I can pass this info on? Can I just chuck it up in a fixture and use my drill press, or a steady hand drill? (just kidding ;) )
 
I had my V7 Sport heads done by Phil Wyatt (West coast). After getting the cam, pistons, squish etc etc etc etc ...right, it set a world speed record at Bonneville last year.

I would not recommend choosing a machinist only by price. Getting this done properly will save future grief ($$$$).
