Worried about low mileage Audace?

I bought a brand new 2016 Audace in September of 2020. It had sat with just 6 miles on the clock. When I got it the battery was weak and needed a charge. The tires were flat on one side from sitting, so when riding it vibrated. Replaced the tires and had the break in service done. It has been a model citizen with no problems. I'd take a chance on the bike

I purchased a 2016 Audace last year in 2021 out of ACT, it had 16,000km on it over 5 years, one owner, no service records, sitting for 12 months, needed rego and RWC for Victoria (VIC). I contacted Peter Stevens Importers who tracked down evidence of date of sale and date and km of first service at 1,600km, both from a Moto Guzzi dealer in NSW. I completed a full service at 16,000 km with Rob Grant at Guzzi Spares VIC, basic service, new brake fluid, air filter ect, nothing unusual. The Moto Guzzi Club of Victoria person I spoke to about servicing recommend Rob Grant in VIC or Thunderbikes in WA. My only question is do they provide evidence of the first service at approx 1,000km. My bike is brilliant.
The details of servicing would/should be written up by the servicing mechanic in the handbook with the bike when first sold, but that's no good if it's lost, unless the dealer in NSW can supply details, maybe Motociclo.

I only understood about 50% of the strange letters and words in your post :)

I picked up a 16' Audace in Nov 21' with 4100 miles from the original owner. It had been sitting in a garage for 1 year as the owner passed away and his wife finally sold it. I wouldn't be concerned about the low miles if there is no evidence of any abuse or tampering, it should be evident whether it has been stored inside. I've owned many bikes over the years and at 63 this is my favorite. It can be adapted to any type of riding and turns heads everywhere I go. I paid $8000 for mine and considered that a bargain. FYI i'm about to turn 9000 miles and I loved every mile!
