Was up the Crest on the Norge Wed & Thurs. On Thurs it was so warm & nice up there that I went all the way to Wrightwood (first time this season) for the very fine pie & coffee at Joe Mudd's in Wrightwood. There were a few places where there were some rocks & trash on the road, but I've seeen much worse. No problem finding a clear path around the trash as long as you are paying attention. If not, well , better be lucky cause a few of those rocks were as big as watermelons. Some snow on the side of the road & on the hillsides at the highest elevations, but no snow or ice on the road. A bit of water at the usual runoff spots, but no biggie. Lowest temp as seen on the Norge dash was 52. No problem with appropriate clothing in the Norge heated grips. Nice ride.
