I hope i did enough due dilligence, not finding this topic with numerous searches
I have dash lights everything works, starter motor, lights....
Whilst I hear the fuel pump and injector relays click, the fuel pump itself does not prime. I've cleaned all relay + fuse contacts. tested the fuel pump on 12v direct, works fine. Can't find any dodgy wires or connections.
It was intermittent at first and it seemed to be fixed. Next morning with nothing touched, nothing again. I'm stumped.
The footstand switch is disconnected.

What Vagrent says plus clean each relay plug w/DeOxit or quality contact cleaner. Insert relay a few times & repeat on each plug. Then clean connections on the harness going to pump. Short harness from main is a plug also. Make sure ALL connectors are clean.

And make sure the terminal in the relay socket have not been pushed part way out the back of the socket so as to make poor/ intermittent contact when the relay is plugged in ( this goes for all plugs and sockets ..........ah , so many times :) )

Well, would go again today. Followed all the advice, thanks guys. Lots of continuity testing everything was right. Noticed a slight arcing sound when wiggling the wires round the fuse/ relay holder. A breaking wire into the fuel pump fuse holder. Bypassed the holder with an inline fuse and woom-bah!
It's been 3 days of head scratching. I know the wiring diagram really well now!
I think I may have put some strain on the loom putting my spare clutch cable in the battery box. There ya go, solved. Laters bros & sisses :) 🏍
