Who would have known a motorcycle having 2 timing chains, one for each cylinder?? Is this normal?

What I meant to say was, is it a regular occurrence to have to replace the chain tensioner or the chain guide plate after so few IMO miles (63,000)? It's gonna cost more than the bike is worth commercially, but of course it's worth it!

1st one I've heard of, sorry, big job to change chains.
I just retired from working on newer Guzzi's, clutch in Stelvio was the final good bye last week.
Older are OK though, may still do a few.

I guess we won't see him for another him for other seven years.😂
You might be right lol. As of now, the shop has had my bike for over 9 months. They say the oil pump gear will arrive this month some time. I'm not holding my breath. If anyone reading this knows where I can get that oil pump gear, I would definitely appreciate it. The bums at the company that starts with a P won't do anything for me. I was gonna order the part from a third party, but they were gonna order from P so wtf, right? I looked at GTM to see if they had the part, but nope. Thanks for any help.

Hey. If I thought it was their fault I would have no problem in doing so, but it's not their fault.
Thank you.

I have got parts from Australia in 2 days. You can buy parts from anyone not just the Importer. You have to these days or you end up making no money cause it's all on back order and your shop is full of non finished bikes.
Maybe they are new at it.

We can get (almost) any part currently available. Appreciate an email with part #’s before talking about links off site; sales @gtmotocycles.com
