Just finished the first service - fluids, heads & valve torque, etc.
After oil refill, I turned the engine over with the spark plug wires disconnected to cycle oil a bit before a full start. The starter would turn for a bit, then stop. I did this twice.
I connected the high tension wires and started - started fine and sounded great.
Turned off and started again - amber engine light illuminated immediately.
Repeat - turned off and started again - amber engine light illuminated immediately.
Turned off and checked/wiggled canister, opened fuel cap.
Restarted - engine light off.
Repeat - restarted and engine light still off.
Was the ECU complaining about the couple failed starts? Do I need to reset ECU? No worries?
