How Do You Remove the Side Bags on a Norge?

I'm looking ahead to this winter when I put the Norge to bed, stuffed into a small corner of my garage. The smaller the space required, the better.
I took the rear trunk off tonight. It was easy, just four bolts and then installed a black plastic plate. But the bags have me stumped.
I really hope one doesn't have to remove all the screws on the inside of the bags!

Great idea on taking the bags off for increased garage space during winter storage - why didn't I think of that? Ha!

Once you've removed the bag a couple of times, you'll appreciate the ease of doing so. Great engineering on Guzzi's part to make the on/off simple and easy (and nice and secure when latched back on).

The bags were originally designed for the Aprilia Futura, which owned Guzzi at the time. I'm no fan of these bags, due to their warping and sometimes falling off the bike.

After having to deal with parking a Gold Wing in the corner of a single car garage, now that a smaller bike has come along, it'll be a breeze parking the Norge with the bags and trunk off.

I can't believe how easy it is to take the bags off and put back on. Taking the trunk off took the longest, five minutes.
But I won't be leaving these off as I need a secure place for the helmet, gloves, jacket, etc.

Thanks for the link.
