Just a heads up ....I have a 2000 Jackal....while on my ride last Sunday, I stopped to fluff up my butt, and was looking things over. I noticed the fuel hose to the right cylinder, just aft of the splitter, was resting on the block-off plate on the distributor casting. There was some abrasion, as the plate has a sharp edge.... fortunately minor.
Left unattended, however, it very likely would have worn through eventually.....I put a piece of the split plastic cover made for wiring over the section of hose, and zip-tied it on. Couldn't move it much without pulling the tank, but it is safe now.
I'd recommend looking at yours.....that is a pressure hose, and having it burst while riding would not be fun.....
