For the life of me, I can't find anything in the owners manual about where the reserve fuel tank lever is on my 2014 Norge. Is the "reserve" on this bike simply the warning light that comes on or is there a physical switch over? Thanks

It is fuel injected with an internal to tank fuel pump. There is no reserve on fuel injected bikes. You don't want to run the fuel pump dry. Keep an eye on your fuel gauge and the low fuel light.

1gal. tank strapped on the pillion, set trip meter to "0", run till dry, make note of mileage and subtract 10% and that is your range. Then use the 1gal. to get you to a filling station. That way there is no guessing on range and the "entertainment gauge" (a.k.a. fuel gauge/light) can be ignored.

I have had problems with the fuel gauge accuracy. I went 220 miles before the bike got very quiet and required walking it. You will be better served tracking miles run and filling up based on that.

Guzzi claim 6.02 gallons. 213 Miles - 6.019 gallons and still running when I pulled in the station.
Still lousy mileage. My 2007 Norge got 45-48mpg.

No physical separation of the 'reserve' from the rest of the tank, and no switch. The low fuel warning light (inaccurately called reserve, mainly because riders use that term) indicates approximately 3/4 of a gallon remaining on most Norges, but you won't see an official amount because manufacturing variables make the exact amount different from one bike to the next. Heck, even the main gauge is different from one bike to the next!

A good way to find out your bike's calibration is to run the bike till the light turns on, and then IMMEDIATELY fill the tank. Subtract the amount of fill from 6 and you'll get the amount of the 'reserve', usually about 0.8 gallons. My 2008 has actually got 6.2 gallons capacity; I was able to put 6.15 gallons in and the bike had not yet stalled. I don't do that often, it was a purposeful exercise to find the real capacity.
