Rear dirve seal replacement for Quota

Now I know why folks leave all the goop/dirt build up on the rear drive. I took the rear wheel of the inspect the splines and grease them. Decided to clean it up, I guess I used the wrong chemical and swole up the seal and caused a leak. I dried it with compressed air, but that wasn't engouhg. Anyway, I haven't replaced one of these before, I understand it's easy, maybe that's why the manual doesn't cover it. Do you need a special too to reseat the seal?
Any tips or precautions would be appreciated.

Special tools aren't really necessary, but having a good seal driver set will help. Main thing is don't scratch the hub when removing the seal, nor gouge the bearing cover. The seal driver with a lip helps to seat the seal over the hub. If you are very careful with say a socket place backwards on an extension and tapping around the perimeter of the seal until it is flush you should be OK.
 
Thanks John, it was easy; took 15 minutes. I used a rubber mallet and pounded lightly until it got to the original seat depth. The face of the old seal was raised about 2mm above the adjacent carrier face, so I put it back the same way. We'll see how long it will last. Anyone know of a good seal draive set? thx
