my 2017 V7-3 special needed a seat and bags. I put all 3 40 l HB bags and racks on. very nice. the Corbin seat showed up a day latter. looked great, but they make the rear of the seat right where the shock mount is on a taper where the stock seat is a 90 degree. as soon as i put it on the shock mounts tore the covering on the inside and it won't go on far enough to seat on the stud. I called them, took pics and they took it back. they said they would remove the 2017 from the catalogue (I haven't checked yet) until they could redesign it. the bag kit does make the rea wider so if you haven't put anything else on yours it might work.
same for the Ermax windshield that HB sells for it. the mounting arms are way too short to reach the handlebars so it won't fit either. they admitted it's a universal fit and took it back too. I think the gauge cluster on the 17 sticks farther forward than the earlier models.
Obviously most companies just assumed if it fit a 16 it would fit a 17. normally a safe assumption with Guzzi.
I have the HB center stand still sitting in the garage can anybody assure me it will fit before I attempt this project?

No issues with the H-B center stand or the H-B 30l panniers on my V7 III Special, the blue one of course!

HB does specify a different part number betwixt 2016 and 2017 for the center stand. # 505550 for 2017, # 505545 for 2016.

... and yes, I've had the dealer here check that for me. He's supplying and fitting the H&B centre stand on my new V7iii Special, but I've no idea which part number he's fitting.
