Tuned and Synch'ed
Well, one of those days...and the story goes like this:
1. Did change the air filter to do my 6k mils service and removed the battery to easily access the air filter box.
2. After finishing the air filter change, I reconnected the dam battery wrong, flipped the poles. It sparked around the relay/ cables area (right side by the right side panel). Also activation noise came from the ABS unit. I let the ABS idle for a while (while still not being aware that the battery was connected wrong.
3. Finally I recognized my mistake, disconnected the battery immediately, ABS noise was going away.
4. Turning the battery around reconnecting the battery correctly.
5 Checking the ignition and function by turning the key, System tries to boot up (Dial lights, fuel pump initiation, then all goes black again. Start won't work.
6. The Anti-theft system is also not giving the peeps, so it looks the intended initiation, system check can't finish.
Haven't checked the fuses in detail but it doesn't look that any of the wire insulation left any burn marks, etc...
Suggestions? Possible culprit, similar case of stupidity.
Thanks in advance
