I would certainly have the polished look over the brushed ........at least on a Racer. Since we are talking exhaust, anyone have an opinion on exhaust wrap?
Was not aware that there is no duty on motorcycle parts coming to Canada.....now just add that nasty HST and deal with the exchange rate and everything is hunky dory......lol !
Thanks Todd ! Would love to hear what your slip ons sound like. Youtube is the only place for me to hear anything. I am almost 3 hrs from the closest dealer and there are only a hand full of V7's in Northern Ontario. I put a pair in my cart and was shocked how inexpensive it is to ship to...
Well, since we have wandered off the thread anyway, I too am thinking of either Zard's or Todd's slip ons. I have listened to Zard exhaust on youtube and really like the deep rumble they produce. Todd, what does your system sound like? Any sound clips available? Does your system have...
This may have been already covered but I am throwing it out anyway. Is this an ethanol only issue? My 2013 has never tasted ethanol as it is not present in our premium gas here in Canada.
Please tell me that I am right...:(
Hey Guys and Gals ! Has anyone found a legit source for genuine Guzzi stuff in North America? Would love to have a genuine leather jacket but I am having a bugger of a time finding anything online. Anyone out there have any luck buying the real thing??
This windscreen is solid black.....no light transfer at all. I would not put it on the Classic or the Stone but on the Racer it works. As for the crash bars....I have not tested them (yet). They bolt to the frame and are very solid. They might not prevent a scuff in the event of a drop but...
I swear that I have read about this before.....and that the problem is related to ethanol in the fuel.
If this is so, would I be safe as the premium fuels in Canada do not contain ethanol?!

Thanks for getting back Todd !
I didn't know that I was opening a can of worms with this idea and don't know what is involved in a remap. Can you explain ? I have asked my local dealer if he can do the job if I decide to go forward.
I have no idea what I am getting myself into....but sure...
I want to upgrade the mufflers on my 2013 V7R. I have narrowed it down to either Mistral or Agostini. My dealer is steering me towards Mistral as he knows a remap is not required. I prefer the sound of the Agostini muffler.
Does anyone (Todd) know if a remap is required with the Agostini...
My dealer in Sudbury Ontario posted this yesterday.........
I believe this is an image of a Bellagio. If this is what you are looking for, it is coming to a dealer near you.

The cable feels much better after several rides.....almost like the original.
Didn't know about lubricating the cable. I use a aerosol Teflon lubricant on my boat. Would this work??
