    Learned brethren, my 1200 2V just ticked over 25000k yesterday, so time for full service. popped off the rocker cover and found... I know, right... the oil for the last three changes - last was 20,400km btw, is Penrite 10 Tenths Full Syn 10w-70. there is no abnormality on the dipstick...

    Having parked my imported US 1200 Sport next to an Aussie 1200 sport, I can say that the US stand does look to be far more stable, and, from experience, supports the bike happily on grass, slopes, and hot tarmac. My bike (US) does lean on the stand a little more tho... -just checked the angle...

    1200 2V Vin # ZGULPUS058M112548 DOP 10/09... SoCal origin, Australia Garage! I must have one of the good ones... after having a Todd re-flash and an airbox lid before she was 600miles old, she hasn't missed a beat. This is one bike that will stay with me.
